2019 - Present

Producer, Brand Studio @Google via ProUnlimited

  • Planning and execution of Marketing Web Standards (MWS), Google’s design system for marketers. This complete set of standards, backed by Google’s own proprietary technology, is intended to manage design at scale and is used by thousands of marketers and PMMs to build websites for Google today.

  • Developed a complex adoption strategy implemented in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors. Informed by user research, feedback, and data we continuously iterate and enhance MWS.

  • Lead digital producer for Google's Belonging site; working with a cross-functional team developing a content strategy, designs, writing, development, and localization.

2018 - 2019

Executive Director @Golin

  • Led Architect, Golin’s in-house digital team that managed all US-based digital projects; responsibilities included: project intake, PM oversight, resource and staffing, budget reporting with finance teams and leading new business pitches.

  • Oversaw the agency rebranding campaign with a complete overhaul of golin.com

2015 - 2018

US Executive Producer @Toaster

  • In partnership with founders in London, established Toaster’s first US office and assumed Managing Director responsibilities, spearheading the day-to-day operations, driving business priorities, maintaining financial forecasts, etc.

  • Owned program management for the Google Photos $10M+ GTM campaign (included: OOH digital and print, Jimmy Kimmel integration, Buzzfeed experiential event, Time Square Takeover, paid and earned social).

  • Oversight and delivery of the Evernote Spaces campaign (included: live-action launch video, product demo video, animated banners, organic and paid social posts, campaign landing pages, and Facebook carousel ads. The campaign drove a 71% increase in Evernote Business site visits and a 110% increase in trial sign-ups.

2013 - 2015

Senior Digital Producer @D/C

  • Introduced the practice of post mortems upon the end of all projects. This process, which still exists today, reduced workflow inefficiencies and established best practices in working cross-functionally within the org.

  • Streamlined cross-departmental effectiveness by introducing a new proprietary resource tool and booking process.

  • Identified an opportunity to partner with an offshore vendor that reduced costs of online media production by 70%.

  • Brought Formula X by Sephora to market with an interactive social website, enabling nail art fans to find inspiration and share their own while introducing Formula X nail polish to bring the looks to life. 

2013 - 2015

Senior Project Manager @AKQA

  • Introduced Xbox One & Kinect products to market – working on Microsoft’s GTM campaign from end to end.

  • As Lead PM, delivered a highly awarded mobile product to market within nine months: Dance Central’s Dance*Cam – a mobile application for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone 7.

  • Developed roadmaps and sprint plans for agile product development. Responsibilities included: drafting requirements documentation, leading daily scrums, measuring weekly velocity, and daily re-prioritization as needed.
